Together with Kiki, who teaches sell-out sangria events across Barcelona, we are offering you our Sangria Workshop with Tapas! Enjoy making premium and signature sangrias in good company in Barcelona, with quality local wines and seasonal produce of course!
Kiki takes us on an historical journey about the famous Spanish Sangria, sharing facts about where it has come from and how the taste and ingredients have changed over 2000 years.
You will learn how to prepare 3 different types of sangria using fresh and locally sourced ingredients. Of course you’ll drink what you make!
Then I will present several tapas to accompany the sangria: Olives, “pan con tomate” (country style bread with tomato that we will make together), cured ham “jamon serrano” and Spanish cheese. Dietary preferences can be catered for so please ask!
We will share all of our classic and inventive sangria creations with tapas!
Times and dates: Classes normally run on a Saturday early evening 17-19h but private group events may be catered for.
